| | Mastery Academy welcomes her pioneer batch of Feng Shui Mastery
Series Module 4 students with a full-page advertisement in the National
Papers. Held in sunny Malaysia from September 22 to September 28,
we saw the gathering of international practitioners, amateurs and
hobbyists from four corners of the world. They came armed with passion
to achieve a greater understanding of the true knowledge of Classical
Feng Shui based on the classical texts of "Ru Di Yan",
"Di Li Wu Jue", "Qing Nang Jing", to name but
a few. |

| The course brought us back in time to study, identify
and understand various landform structures that include the differences
among a greedy wolf mountain, a seated greedy wolf mountain and a
leaning greedy wolf mountain. We were also shown the differences among
the Huge Screen and Jade Pillow Huge Door mountains with the Golden
Bridge and Fairy Bow Huge Door Mountains. Not mentioning the differences
with a moving dragon, a growing dragon, a fleshy dragon, a dead dragon,
an incoming dragon and a mountain star.

| | This highly valued course is written and conducted personally by
Master Joey Yap, who is known for his oratorical skills and gifted
ability to breakdown the complex formula into easily understandable
equations that can be used in modern day applications. The lectures
are not about "secret formula" but understanding the theories
behind the formula. The studies of 24 Heavenly Stars and the 28 Constellations
are made easy and time selection analysis is taught to complete our
skills. As such, it becomes easy for us to know why some "secret
formula" does not work and how to adapt the best possible applications
into our modern day living.

| | The excitement of the course comes in the form of hands-on audits
of selected venues, which includes a large shopping mall that has
technically and structurally different facings, the planning of a
newly built estate, adjusting a residential unit with an awe-inspiring
landforms, understanding the internal problems of a hotel through
Feng Shui analysis, and confirming the choice location of an entertainment
complex with casino, theme parks and hotels. The applications involve
High-Level and Mid-Level Dragon analysis, San He and San Yuan Water
formula, and most important of all, the Landform analysis or "Luan
Tou", a highly neglected but potent skill of a genuine Master.

| The Graduation Night highlighted the intensity of camaraderie built.
The ten-course dinner was lavish and appreciated with thanksgivings.
The graduation photo shoot captured the event for long lasting memories.
The night ended with Certificates, Diplomas, and Diplomas with Distinction
being awarded by the Master Trainer. Master Joey Yap personally
conferred Master of Feng Shui to six graduates who were gauged on
their grasp of the theoretical and practical knowledge, their attitude
towards learning and sharing, and their ability to impart the knowledge. Applause goes to the event organiser, Dragon-Gate.Com for providing
the best in accommodations, sumptuous meals and tea breaks, conducive
lecture rooms and also being attentive to the minute concerns like
sufficient drinks on our outdoor audits, audio kit for field works
and first aid kit. As one participant summed it all, "it is not the knowledge
we harnessed that make us great, but the application of the knowledge
to make this world a better place."
