On February 28, 2007, HSBC Bank in USJ hosted Joey Yap in their branch for a talk on the Feng Shui and Astrology Outlook of 2007. Specially organized for their Premier customers, this was an exclusive event that allowed attendees to listen to Joey in a very intimate environment.

Well before Joey began his talk, the limited seating space in the branch was quickly filled. As more attendees joined, the event quickly became a standing-room-only affair. After his talk, Joey also spent some time catching up with the many Feng Shui enthusiasts amongst the attendees and answering the various questions they had on the year ahead.
