Joey Yap was recently invited to speak at an event organised by Hap Seng Properties Development. The event, held on the evening of 13th July at the Four Points By Sheraton, Sandakan in Sabah, saw over 200 guests in attendance, consisting mainly of Hap Seng staff, corporate clients and invited guests.

The hour-long talk, which began at 8pm, focused mainly on easy Feng Shui applications for property owners. The topic was geared at helping the audience identify good and negative features of a property based on observation of the environment.

Aside from that, the audience were enlightened with basic knowledge on how to utilize BaZi Astrology while making investment choices during the course of the present year. To supplement this, the audience were also treated to some basic Face Reading (Mian Xiang) techniques for the same purpose.
