OCBC Bank Malaysia invited 100 of its Treasury Services division's guests and corporate customers to a special Treasury event in Hotel Majestic Kuala Lumpur on January 11, 2013. In the event, Joey Yap gave a one-hour talk on the Overall Feng Shui Outlook in 2013 to help participants realise the positive and negative overview for the coming Water Snake Year.

Joey's talk covered various subjects such as Feng Shui and BaZi, which is a form of classical method for personality analysis. He began addressing the audience on the auspicious and negative stars attached to each of the Twelve Animal Signs, and the degrees on Wealth, Health, Relationship and Career these stars would influence in the twelve months ahead. Practical solutions were offered to help audience overcome the possible rough patches.

He also adopted a more business-oriented view as he revealed the outlook and performance for the industries that relate to each of The Five Elements.
