On the 3rd of October this year in Klang, Selangor, WCT Land Berhad invited Joey to talk on Feng Shui dealing with land and property, organised in conjunction with Maybank, Klang branch for their high priority customers and high-net worth clients.

Joey Yap was greeted personally by WCT Land Berhad, Executive Director, Mr. Lai Yeng Fock. The talk kicked off at about 10.00am and lasted for about one and a half hours. Joey Yap focused his talk on topics covering Eight Mansions Feng Shui and he also gave detailed discussions on Personal Gua's and House Gua's.

The room was brimming with people and as there were not enough seats, some had to stand as response exceeded organizers expectations. WCT Land Berhad was elated with Joey Yap's talk as all attendees gained a clearer understanding of what authentic, Classical Feng Shui was all about.
