Over the third weekend of August, Joey Yap conducted Module
1 and Module 2 of the BaZi Mastery Series in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia. This is the second time this year for Joey teaching
BaZi - Chinese Astrology - to his students in KL. Taking place
in the lecture room of Mastery Academy, both Modules were
much-anticipated programs since his August 1st BaZi event
at the Renaissance Hotel. BaZi Module 1, held on the 20th August, received a good
turnout of students. Joey started off the day with a thorough
introduction to the mechanics and objectives of BaZi to the
class. He then moved on to the preliminary essentials of Chinese
Astrology, ensuring that students received a firm foundation
for their BaZi learning. Module 1 ended with students already
able to decipher the basics of a person's BaZi analysis, performing
readings using the Ten Gods, Hidden Stems and Elemental relationships.

The next day, 21st August, and the subsequent 22nd and 23rd
August saw Joey moving on to Module 2 of the BaZi Mastery
Series in his class. Module 2 began with a brief recap of
the basic essentials of BaZi, with Joey then briskly moving
on to the rest of the syllabus. Some of the topics discussed
were advanced understanding of the Ten Gods, Special Structures,
detail analysis methods for Wealth, Health and Relationships,
Gods and Sha system and highly detailed discussion on the
Useful God, how to select it and how to judge the quality/standards
of the Useful God. Joey deftly lead his students deep into
the methodology of BaZi with his trademark structured format
that made learning the sophisticated and profound field of
BaZi knowledge comparatively easy to digest and to understand.
At the same time, Joey peppered the Module with light anecdotes
on BaZi trivia as well as case studies that made for an interesting,
                    all-encompassing and highly absorbing class.
Here are what some of Joey's students have to say about Module
1 and Module 2 of the BaZi Mastery Series. "This is superb for managing our destiny, to maximize
our true potential, take advantage of opportunities, instill
confidence in life and help people live better lives. This
is worth millions! (The class went) a bit too fast for me,
because I didn't do preparation work and homework! …
Looking forward to your book! Thank you for the wisdom. Cheers!"
                    - Tony H M Tan "First of all, thank you so much for imparting the
real classical BaZi in a very structured and systematic methodology.
Though it was fast-paced, it kept me gluing all the pieces
together one by one to form a final complete picture of BaZi
reading that I had not encountered through the years I spent
trying to master it,…. I did enjoy every minute of the
4-day courses and (of M1 and M2) and most important, I learnt
BaZi in such a short time compared to the years it normally
takes." - Johnny Chan Chin Hee
"Great course. Have always enjoyed your classes.
Looking forward to M3! Thank you." - Jennifer Aw "Thank you so much for the enlightening course. It's
extremely interesting and I would use or analyze BaZi with
what I have learnt. Thank you!" - Carmen Loo "Very informative, interesting subject to learn (with
so much detail)…. I understand that we have to practice
to get familiar (with BaZi). A very good class - enjoyed learning
from you. Thank you very much." - Phua Kea Tong
"Great course; taxing on the brain but most interesting.
Thank you for imparting so much knowledge to us."
                    - Daniella Lee
